Cara Reinbrecht began her career treating Eating Disorders in a residential treatment setting and joined the team at Center for Hope and Family Solutions in 2014. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist-Supervisor, she works from a Health At Every Size® perspective to provide a safe and comfortable environment that is rooted in an anti-diet and weight inclusive approach. Cara aims to assist individuals in exploring aspects of society that have negatively impacted their relationship with food, body, activity, and self. Her practice encompasses adolescents and adults struggling within the full spectrum of Eating Disorders, disordered eating, and body image disturbances. Cara believes in a team collaboration approach in the treatment of Eating Disorders and works alongside many other professionals to support each individual in their journey of recovery.
